Feel free to test it out on anything you want. It could be a pack of gum; it could be a parking space; it could even be $10 out of the blue.

Once you know what it is that you want, feel the joy of having that right now and start to operate from that end as you’re going about your day.

I know it can be hard to feel good and joyful about something small, but when you see that the law of attraction works.

You’ll be able to manifest bigger things in your life. Go ahead and write down in present tense what you want as though you have it right now.

“I am so pleased that I have received a cup of coffee to me easily and effortlessly.” This is how a present tense affirmation looks like.

Go ahead and make up your own that works for you, and then as you’re going about your day, continue to mentally check in how you’re feeling.

And then say your affirmation quietly to yourself a couple of times. The whole point of that is to help you feel good right now, and the more you do it, the more consistent your emotional state will become.

 2). Meditation:

Meditation will help you not necessarily control your thoughts but allow you to manage your state of awareness of who you are.

So when intrusive thoughts come in, you’ll be able to allow them there without it disturbing you, and they will leave on their own.

That is the biggest problem with meditation; it teaches people how to control their thoughts when they really should be learning how to allow them to be there and then go away on their own.

Here’s something cool that you can understand. You are aware; you are a spiritual being living in a physical body having a physical experience. You are not your problems.

You are aware of all those things and those events and circumstances, but that is not who you are. So during meditation, I would say probably no more than five minutes, say to yourself, “I am aware.”

And when thoughts continue to creep in, continue to speak with feeling in your mind, “I am aware.”

By doing this, you will begin to have your mood changed to less stressed, and more at peace, and one with your higher self, the real you that nobody sees.

I do this every single day, and it helps me to be happier and to be able to let go of all the problems that are around me.

And the whole point of having you do this is to help you stay in a positive emotional state.

Because, as I stated earlier, the state that you are in emotionally will determine what will come into your life through that great universal law.

I like to meditate five minutes in the morning, five minutes in the afternoon, and five minutes in the evening. I don’t have any particular setup or anything;

I simply just close my eyes and start to say that phrase until I begin to feel at one with myself at all problems fade from my mind.

Get into the mode of doing this daily, and you will start to control your emotions and thoughts so much easier.

You need to love yourself before you dream of anything that you want. Most of us feel that we are unworthy of having what we desire or that there is a God out there.

And if it’s his will for you, he will give it to you, but if it’s not his will for you, you won’t have it.

It’s silly things like this that cause people to continually suffer and be unhappy in life.

You need to understand that who you are, has no beginning or end. You have an unlimited amount of potential to achieve anything.

Whatever you can feel on the screen of your mind as accomplished now will manifest in your life when you learn how to maintain that emotional state more consistently.

You are worthy of all your dreams and desires, it is your birthright to have these things, and the fact that you desire more abundance, better relationships, better food is 100% normal.

Anyone who tells you differently has the incorrect data, and I bet they have terrible results. There is no such thing as a God out there that does not care about money.

Or your well-being or only wants to bless you with the things that you need, not what you want.

Religion has brainwashed us so much into believing this nonsense. If that is true, then why are there so many universes out there and cosmos without end? Does that make sense to you?

With all the unlimited creation going on 24/7 and then some higher power not wanting you to have much in life but just bare-bones, how sad that is to believe.

You are a part of this higher power; you are an expression of his higher power; this higher power works to and through you through your thoughts and feelings.

You are magnificent, you have unlimited potential beyond your wildest dreams, and you are unique. Don’t let anybody tell you otherwise;

If anyone ever makes fun of you or puts you down, put them in their place professionally, and then go within and see yourself thriving and feel it.
