What you experience in life is nothing more than your thoughts being manifested in reality. You have to learn how to live from the inside out instead of the outside in like most of the world does.
Thought is the greatest force in the world. When we learn to utilize the power of thought correctly in our lives that is when everything changes dramatically.
It’s a fun thing to do especially when you only focus on the positive in life. It does take practice dedication and it must become a habit.
Most of us are programmed to think negative because that is the way we were raised. If you can overcome this simple challenge it will do wonders for you especially when you apply the power of gratitude.

6 Ways On How To Be More Positive And Less Negative:
1). Feel Grateful:
The reason I list gratitude as number one is because this power is amazing. When you can learn to feel gratitude continually you naturally focus on the good in your life.
What I do every day 2 to 3 times a day is I say 10 things that I am grateful for in the morning in the afternoon and at night. And if I don’t feel gratitude as I do it I will continue to do it until I feel that gratitude.
It makes me feel so happy inside, I feel closer to the universe, and I begin to attract things in harmony with that feeling state through the law of attraction.
If you have read the book the science of getting rich, the longest chapter in that book is gratitude. Successful people use the power of gratitude continually in their daily lives.
Learn to use this power, get in the habit of using it and it will change your life quicker than anything else will.
2). Breath Slowly For 30 Seconds:
When you feel negative another great thing you can do is take a moment to pause and start doing breathing exercises slowly. I’ll breathe in, then I will breathe out, and I will continue to do that for 30 seconds.
As I do that I notice that my tension in my body goes away, and I begin to feel more relaxed and at peace.
That feeling of relaxation, that feeling of peace, that feeling of all is well, begins to immediately go out into the universe and attract back to me what I’m feeling.
3). Have A Vision Your Working Towards:
Having a vision to work towards in life is a lot of fun. When you have a set yourself a purpose you naturally become more motivated and push through the hard times.
For me when I’m feeling negative I’ll close my eyes and remember what I’m working towards each day. I will even go as far as seeing myself in the future being where I want to be having accomplished what I desired.
Doing that simple exercise really has made such a big difference and a great impact on my life.
Having a purpose in your life is so important. 97% of the world does not have a purpose in their day-to-day life. They are simply playing trivia and are getting pushed around by people’s ideas thoughts and actions.
You have to know what you’re doing in life you have to know what your mission is and you can only decide that for yourself. Find something that you love to do, that can change the world, and go all in.
The power of visualization cannot be underestimated. When you close your eyes and you literally imagine yourself where you want to be in the future and you feel it inside as it’s already accomplished, causes forces on the outside of your body to move toward you to help you accomplish that dream.
You must do this with intense feeling, if you do not you will be wasting your time. The whole point of also visualizing is it helps you to feel really good and happy.
And at the end of the day that is what we are all after, the downside is people think that getting things on the outside is what makes them happy when it’s really an internal game.
5). Help Someone:
Try to be of service whenever you can to people. I remember I was driving on my way home one day and a car was broken down and nobody was helping the person move the car. I got out and started pushing the car to the side of the road and three other people came in and helped.
The state of feeling that I was in while doing that was incredible. Helping your fellow man or anybody causes you to always feel better. It’s the power of love at work which in my opinion is the greatest force in the universe.
You can never have too much love for one another, we need that now more than ever in this world. And a great way to show that is by always helping others and when you do that also known as the golden rule it will come back to you a hundredfold.
6). Focus On Your Passed Achievements:
When you are feeling negative try focusing on the past achievements that made you really happy when they were finished.
Maybe you set a goal for yourself in the past and when you had accomplished that you felt so happy, exhilarated, powerful. Try to reignite that state in your mind again and get yourself feeling that way again.
Use the power of your mind and replay that seen a couple of times over and you will begin to feel much better.
Remember that what you are feeling intensely in your life is what is going to determine what you get back through the law of traction.
This is why it is so important to keep your mental state in check constantly. Try checking in with yourself every half hour and ask yourself the following question “how am I feeling right now?” If you are not feeling up to par then continue to apply the strategies listed above and it will change your life.
One thing that has always helped me to keep a positive mental attitude, but I wanted to mention real quick is this: Life can be so much worse than where you currently are standing results wise.
Compare your situation to someone else and you will begin to feel much better. It’s called the law of polarity. You can’t have good without bad, you can’t have big without small, you can’t have an in without an out.
So focus on the side that is positive in everything. Don’t let your attention get drawn on the outside part of your life. Live from the inside out as much as possible.
This takes so much practice, dedication, and persistence. But when you master this technique everything else will fall into place. And when I say everything I literally mean everything. Life is an internal game as I have mentioned before.
You have to become the master of your thoughts. Your thoughts are sacred, they are special, it is your place where no one can enter except you. Your mind is your garden and what you allow in there determines what will grow. If you allow only good things in your mind you will reap good things in your life.
For the next 30 days, dedicate yourself to only being positive. I call it a positive diet. When you have a negative thought take a moment to breathe in and breathe out and replace it with a positive thought.
By doing this you will naturally become a more positive person no matter what is happening around you.
