The more you talk and focus on your failures, the more it will pull you deep into the darkness. So from now on, always think positive.

Never say these things to yourself or to others – I can’t or I won’t be able to do this, it looks tough, how can I do it, I don’t know how to achieve this milestone.

    It’s impossible not to have passive thoughts in our daily lives, so it’s important to train our mind & our body always in the brighter side. I find the #2 works the best for me since I practice them every single day even I only got 5-10 minutes.

    When I exercise, I tend to force myself sweating a lot, and it feels like I let go of all the sad feelings from my head. I will recommend everyone to try this at least two days as you mentioned here. It does work. 🙂

      Man, I love that you are using #2, it is one of my personal favorites, not just for getting out of a funk, but to really have the law of attraction start working for me in 10X mode.
