Are you ready for it? Ok, here it goes. Count your damn calories every day using an app. There are plenty of ones out there that are free. Just type in Calorie Counter on your phone and pick one. For me, since I’m a male and want to get to a specific weight, by a specific time, I can only consume 1,580 calories a day.
But the fun part is, you can eat whatever the hell you want, but you need to be more mindful of what your eating because some foods are very high in calories like sweets for example, which is my favorite along with every other person in the world lol.
Going this route has caused me to be more mindful of what times I’m eating and how many times a day. For me, I actually will usually skip breakfast because I only eat between 12 to 8 pm. Intermediate fasting is what I do, and it works well for me.
What I have noticed is I feel so much better, my self-discipline is up because I’m logging my food every day, and the best part is it allows me to see how much weight I am loosing AND how many carbs I’m eating, etc.
